About me
Therapy is an individual process, which requires a connection of trust between the therapist and the patient/client.
The situation during the last 3-4 years has changed the way all of us work now and it has made it easier to practice online as well (mainly with adults). That allows me to work both locally and globally, broadening my horizons.
What I do:
- Dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, burnout etc. Dealing with trauma and abuse.
- Working with couples with reproductive health issues
- Support and consultation of families and children; Parents and couples’ therapy
- Consultation and therapy with children and adolescents
- Conflicts resolution – in relationships, working environment etc.
- Personality traits and improvement, self-esteem, and confidence development, dealing with difficult situations and people.
- Corporate clients’ subscriptions for psychological services.
Psychotherapy is held online or in person (depending on location and preferences).
Qualifications
* Psychologist and a certified Psychodrama therapist (Institute for Psychodrama Practices “Hiron”).
* Transactional analysis.
* Organizing and participating in seminars, trainings, and workshops.
* Additional qualifications: Aromatherapy and Aromatherapeutic massage.
In my spare time I like:
* Hiking in the mountains – that’s the place I feel me – I find my inner self, my balance and the quiet, where I sense my emotions.
* Dancing,
* Reading – even though I rarely find time to read something outside my professional sphere of interest. I love being up to date with most recent information, techniques to use in my practice and knowledge, which make me more helpful for my clients.
* I love to love – my family and friends, children, life, little things that make a huge difference, flowers and everything which makes days colorful and happy.
